I find it incredible but Senator Cornyn voted against Wall Street Reform!
The wheeler dealers on Wall Street were running wild under George Bush deregulation supported by Senator Cornyn. Then the house of cards started falling apart and Wall Street ran our economy in the ground along with a lot of hard working Texans who lost jobs and homes as a result.
This is a no brainer. Big Banks and Wall Street can’t be permitted to abuse our financial system for their own greed. GREED! We almost suffered another great depression because of deregulation, but that’s what Senator Cornyn and the Republicans want. Freedom to be greedy so Senator Cornyn voted NO! Oh….the Republicans are already calling for repeal. Speak of no-brainers, apparently the Republican party is full of them.
